Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for litigations (MACT Cases / Consumer Complaints / High Court Matters) in State of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
• Handle Motor Accident Claims
• Handle Employees Compensation Cases
• Handle Consumer Cases at various Forays constituted under Consumer Protection Act
• Handle Ombudsman Complaints
• Respond to Legal Notices
• Advising other functions on Legal issues
• Maintenance of MIS and various reports related to litigations profile

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
