Role Overview

• Manage litigations including MACT cases, consumer complaints, and High Court matters across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
• Handle Motor Accident Claims and Employee Compensation Cases.
• Manage consumer cases under the Consumer Protection Act.
• Address Ombudsman complaints and respond to legal notices.
• Provide legal advice to various functions within the organization.
• Maintain MIS and generate reports related to the litigation profile.
