Legal Associate | Corporate Law

We are looking for a Legal Associate with expertise in corporate law to join our reputed legal advisory firm. The candidate will handle corporate disputes, represent clients in legal forums, and provide strategic legal advice to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle disputes including contract breaches, shareholder issues, fraud, IP conflicts, and regulatory non-compliance.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and other legal proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and other applicable laws.
• Advise management on litigation strategy, risk mitigation, and preventive legal measures.

Required Candidate Profile:

• LLM in Corporate Law, preferably from NLU or other prestigious law schools.
• 1–3 years post-qualification experience in corporate litigation, either in a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Strong understanding of corporate regulatory frameworks and legal procedures.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
