We are looking for a Legal Associate to join our legal team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in legal practice and will assist in various legal tasks, including research, drafting documents, and supporting senior lawyers in managing cases.

Responsibilities

• Assist in legal research and case preparation.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
• Support senior attorneys in case management and client meetings.
• Review and analyze legal documents and contracts for compliance and risk assessment.
• Maintain and organize legal files and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and practices in India.
