Key Responsibilities

Legal Advice & Compliance

• Provide expert legal advice to the organization on contracts, agreements, and regulatory matters.
• Interpret and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Drafting & Review

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal documents, and agreements.
• Ensure all legal documentation aligns with current legislation and organizational policies.

Representation & Litigation

• Represent the organization in courts, tribunals, and other legal proceedings.
• Handle litigation, mediation, and negotiation processes effectively.

Risk Management

• Identify potential legal risks and provide strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal concerns proactively.
