Learning Reporting Analyst

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Learning Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing Power BI dashboards, performing data modeling, and ensuring data accuracy and governance. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet reporting requirements and providing actionable insights through data analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive and visually compelling Power BI dashboards to track key business and operational metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Perform data modeling and transformation using Power Query to cleanse, standardize, and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Create DAX measures and calculated columns to derive meaningful KPIs, trends, and performance insights.
• Implement end-to-end reporting solutions, from data extraction and validation to visualization and stakeholder consumption.
• Design user-friendly dashboards with drill-downs, filters, and slicers to improve data accessibility and usability.
• Automate report refreshes and data updates, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance through validation checks and structured reporting processes.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow and reporting automation.
• Advanced Excel skills.
