Job description

• Design and develop innovative learning experiences that engage and empower learners.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning objectives and content requirements.
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective learning materials.
• Leverage a variety of instructional methods and technologies to deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences, including e-learning modules, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), simulations, and gamification.
