Learning & Development Manager | Mumbai
A Top 10 US Accounting and Advisory Firm is hiring a Learning and Development Manager to lead Pan-India L&D initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on L&D professional who can design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs that drive capability, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do
Design and curate technical and soft-skills programs for employees at all levels.
Assess training needs and identify capability gaps across teams.
Enhance existing programs to improve engagement and learning retention.
Partner with business leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
Facilitate and manage instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
Measure program effectiveness and present insights to senior leadership.
Manage external vendors and learning partners.
Ensure compliance with internal quality and governance standards.
What You Bring
Seven to ten years of experience in Learning and Development.
Three to four years of experience designing training programs and workshops.
Strong exposure to e-learning tools and digital learning platforms.
Ability to manage the full learning lifecycle end to end.
Clear understanding of adult learning principles.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Confidence working with senior leadership.
High ownership, structure, and attention to detail.
Role Details
Location: Mumbai
Work model: Five days work-from-office
Shift: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM, with occasional extension up to 9:30 PM
Scope: Ownership of Pan-India L&D initiatives
