Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across technology, engineering, and healthcare domains.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Create compelling job postings and manage multiple job portals and sourcing channels.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to enhance employer branding.

Team Leadership & Target Management

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve bulk hiring and delivery targets within defined timelines.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and ensure quality candidate submissions aligned with client requirements.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and continuous feedback to team members.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.
  • Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Ensure strong communication between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
