Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Lead a team of recruiters to achieve bulk hiring targets within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events to promote employer branding.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring best practices.
