Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events to promote employer branding.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring best practices.
