Lead Voice and Accent Trainer

• Lead and manage Language, Voice & Accent (V&A), Soft Skills, and Behavioral training programs

• Design and develop training content using instructional design principles including guides, exercise books, and assessments

• Create and implement training strategies through workshops, coaching sessions, and structured feedback mechanisms

• Establish and maintain standardized assessment frameworks based on CEFR for language proficiency evaluation

• Conduct Train the Trainer (TTT) programs and mentor internal trainers for capability enhancement

• Drive innovation by integrating AI tools to improve training content and delivery effectiveness

• Customize training modules to meet specific client requirements and address team-level challenges
