Lead US / Canada IT Recruiter

Are you a passionate and driven IT Recruiter with 5-10+ years of experience in sourcing top talent for the US / Canada market 

Techvest Global is looking for a dynamic individual to join our growing team in Madhapur, Hyderabad!

What you'll be doing:

Full lifecycle recruitment for IT roles across various technologies for our US / Canada clients.

Sourcing and engaging with candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).

Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Coordinating interviews and managing the offer process.

Staying up-to-date on the latest US IT market trends and technologies.

What you'll bring:

5-10 years of proven experience in US/Canada IT recruitment.

Strong understanding of the US IT landscape and technical roles.

Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to source and attract top-tier IT talent.

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
