Key Responsibilities

Teaching Excellence (25% Focus)

• Teach one subject to one grade level with exceptional instructional quality.
• Set a benchmark for pedagogical excellence within the school and across the network.
• Develop and execute high-quality unit plans using advanced teaching strategies.
• Innovate in lesson planning, classroom execution, and student data analysis.
• Share best practices and insights to strengthen instructional standards across schools.

Coaching & Team Management (50% Focus)

• Lead and manage a team of four to five teachers.
• Set ambitious performance goals and co-create individual development plans.
• Provide structured coaching support (approximately two hours per teacher per week).
• Drive performance management, feedback cycles, and career guidance.
• Collaborate with the School Principal to shape school culture and strategic priorities.

Project Management & School Development (25% Focus)

• Design and implement strategic school projects focused on student development, community engagement, or innovation.
• Track outcomes and continuously refine project design and implementation.
• Document project plans and processes to enable replication across other schools.
• Contribute actively to whole-school initiatives beyond classroom responsibilities.
