Key Responsibilities

Teaching One Subject to One Grade (25%)

• Set a vision of pedagogical excellence for your grade and across the network.
• Develop and execute exemplary unit plans using advanced teaching approaches.
• Innovate lesson designs, execution strategies, and data analysis approaches to inspire and inform the broader school ecosystem.

Coaching & Managing a Team of Teachers (50%)

• Lead a group of 4–5 teachers, providing performance management, coaching, and career guidance.
• Set ambitious goals, create individual growth plans, and support teachers to achieve life-changing outcomes for students.
• Co-create overall school culture and strategy with the School Principal.

Project Management (25%)

• Design and execute school projects for student holistic development, parent/community involvement, or school practice innovation.
• Measure outcomes and refine project design and implementation annually.
• Document project plans to enable replication across other schools.
