Lead Systems Integration Engineer II

• Perform hands-on triage, troubleshooting, and system-level integration across all Cepheid instruments and subsystems.

• Develop expert technical understanding of product architecture.

• Lead and execute technical project tasks in cross-functional engineering teams.

• Conduct laboratory testing using established diagnostic, instrumentation, and assay workflows.

• Analyze complex engineering and biological datasets to identify trends, system risks, and areas for investigation.

• Collaborate with System Verification and Human Factors Engineering teams on test methods and plans for system verification and validation.

• Generate system architecture documents, requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, and technical reports.
