Lead Specialist

Key Deliverables:

• Lead end-to-end reconciliation of GL, bank, and intercompany accounts
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payment and receipt entries
• Support financial close activities and review complex account reconciliations
• Train team members and address process-related escalations

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain adherence to accounting standards and internal controls
• Approve high-value reconciliations and ensure reporting accuracy
• Conduct calibration sessions to align team outputs
• Provide SME support on financial accounting processes
