Lead Software Engineer WMOS - Pune/HYD

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience as a techno-functional consultant, preferably in the retail industry .
• Strong understanding of Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management Systems (WMOS) and their integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MHE, ProShip).
• Proficiency in PL/SQL.
• Good understanding, testing, and/or working knowledge of microservices.
• Knowledge of industry-standard WMS modules , including inventory management, order fulfillment, and pick-pack-ship processes.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and user training.
• Experience with MHE integration and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of ProShip integration is a plus.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix with the ability to analyze WMOS logs.
