Lead Software Engineer II – Beckman Coulter (Bengaluru)

Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing testing and calibration software using C# and C++ in adherence to defined SDLC, version control, and source control processes.

Diagnose and resolve manufacturing software and firmware test failures at contract manufacturing sites, including root cause analysis and debugging across software and firmware layers.

Contribute to architecture design and implementation for next‑generation manufacturing software including UI, cloud integration, back‑end logic, data analysis, and hardware interfacing.

Execute verification and validation activities for manufacturing software in collaboration with engineering, system verification, and SQA teams.

Support manufacturing operations by developing scalable software solutions compatible with hardware systems.

Maintain performance and reliability metrics across production environments.
