Lead Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Implement organizational strategies through effective direction and management of technical resources and programs
• Lead and develop multiple teams, set clear direction, allocate resources across projects, and ensure delivery excellence
• Manage financials including budgeting, cost optimization, and profit/loss accountability
• Design and develop IT solutions including systems strategy, architecture, development, and integration services
• Deliver consulting engagements in technology strategy, information systems security, data strategy, systems architecture, migrations, and application integration
• Design, code, test, and customize software solutions to meet client requirements
• Develop new product ideas and strategic product extensions into commercial offerings
• Define product specifications and collaborate cross-functionally for successful development and implementation
• Establish functional strategies and tactical plans to meet or exceed client and organizational expectations
• Evaluate business processes and systems to drive efficiency, cost savings, and risk mitigation
• Conduct regular strategy and status reviews with stakeholders to manage risks and priorities
• Provide subject matter expertise and technical leadership across projects
• Mentor team members in architecture, coding, testing, QA, networking, and enterprise customizations
• Stay informed about technology trends and competitive landscape to drive innovation
