Work on initiatives that directly impact the companys eCommerce and marketing strategy , contributing to over 50% of company sales .
Ensure the implementation of UI performance and accessibility best practices for an enhanced user experience.
Own critical domains and collaborate across teams to optimize web analytics, data instrumentation, and tracking .
Required Qualifications:Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
8+ years of hands-on experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS .
4+ years of experience working with React.js or Vue.js .
4+ years of backend development experience in Java or Node.js .
Experience with TypeScript is highly desirable.
Strong background in large-scale eCommerce systems and understanding of retail business dynamics.
In-depth knowledge of UI performance optimization and accessibility best practices .
Experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures .
Proficiency in version control systems (Git, SVN) and CI/CD tools .
Ability to mentor and lead development teams, providing guidance on best practices and system architecture.
Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset .
