Lead Service Engineer
Job Description
Ensure adequate proper records of customer installation database
Support regions with demos, trainings and selling tools
Focus on getting AMCs from customers.
Generate revenue by spare parts and accessory sale
Maintain sufficient inventory for quick billing.
Ensure timely book to bill conversion
Ensure timely warranty to AMC conversion
Collect 100% advance in CMC billing.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of products
To ggenerate service revenues from allocated customers thru AMC / CMC, repairs and service and spare parts sales to
achieving financial targets
Provide customer service on a 24 X 7 basis whenever required
To provide application support and technical expertise to demonstrate the functions of product as per customer needs
To have good ability to trouble shoot, analyze and diagnose problems in products
Ability to repair the products in a time bound manner
Ability to understand customer needs and respond to them
Preparation, submission and tracking of maintenance contracts
Assist sales activities through product demonstrations/clarifications
Timely planning of inventory. Timely submission of spare parts quotation and coordinate with customer and
commercial team for dispatch
Management and Timely submission of service and MIS reports
Timely collection of dues
