Lead SAP HCM On Premise ABAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP HCM On Premise ABAP.
• Manage and collaborate with the team to drive performance and efficiency.
• Make strategic and operational decisions for the team.
• Engage with multiple cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
• Provide effective solutions to technical and functional challenges within and across teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related activities.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of the project.

Professional and Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP and SAP ABAP Development.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
• Hands-on experience implementing various machine learning models.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Solid grasp of data munging techniques to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Additional Information:

• A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP is required.
• This position is based at the Hyderabad office.
• A Bachelor's degree (BE) or equivalent is mandatory.
