Lead Salesforce developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Lead and mentor a small team of Salesforce developers (1–2 years of team leadership experience preferred)
• Build and maintain applications on Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce implementations and integrations
• Stay up to date with Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend relevant solutions
• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation processes
• Work closely with Admins, QA, and Release Management for smooth project delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development
• 2–3 years of experience working with Community/Experience Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong experience in Apex programming and LWC (Lightning Web Components)
• Experience in team leadership or mentoring
• Omnistudio experience is a plus
