Job Description
- Drive business requirement by working with Operation s, Deal Desk, Strategic Pricing, Product Marketing, Finance and business teams to translate Lead to Quote requirements into scalable system solutions
- Implement technical best practices relating to Salesforce including Lead, Contact, Opportunity , Quotes, Approvals, and Discounting rules
- Manage technical relationship with developers to guide scope of work, oversee deliverables, collaborate with QA team to build test plans
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions/workshops, documenting process flows , conducting UAT sessions, system demos and co-ordinating deployment
- Scope, test and implement enhancements tied to Run-the-business, Product releases and Roadmap projects
- Build future roadmap for out Salesforce platform and figure out a most optimum roll out and execution strategy
- Troubleshoot run the business issues
- Share updates on Product Roadmap Plan
