Lead Requirements Engineer

• 9+ years of experience in Rail or Aerospace domain business.
• Several years of experience in requirements engineering and development.
• Ability to do requirements management and bridge with the Agile team & Product Owners, Product Managers.
• Strong experience on requirements management tools like IBM DOORs.
• Ability to refine the requirements to technical level.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience in conjunction with corresponding additional qualifications required for this role.
