Communication Strategy & Leadership

  • Build and lead a program communications team aligned with organizational values and strategic objectives.
  • Define and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for programs, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Mentor and train internal teams to enhance communication, documentation, and storytelling capabilities.

Program Knowledge Management

  • Lead the development and maintenance of knowledge management systems to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Curate a repository of program materials including case studies, policy briefs, advocacy content, impact reports, and process documentation.
  • Facilitate high-quality documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives across programs.
