We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Manager to drive product strategy and development for our innovative product line. Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for multiple products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products.
• Define and analyze product metrics to measure success and drive improvements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to inform development.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product-related inquiries.
• Facilitate product demonstrations and training sessions for internal teams and customers.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in product management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
• Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
