Lead Platform Operation (DevOps)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily technical operations and application management for Nasdaq-provided services.
• Resolve production incidents and provide timely support for internal and external customers.
• Drive automation and infrastructure management through code.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines; manage Git/GitLab workflows.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to define and implement new project solutions.
• Conduct security assessments and implement remediation per InfoSec findings.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure; ensure business continuity.
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and compliance with corporate policies.
• Participate in shift rotation (13:00 – 22:00 IST).
