Lead PHP Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead PHP Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PHP development, leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of robust and scalable PHP applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications for maximum performance.
• Maintain, expand, and scale existing applications as required.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in PHP development.
• Proficiency in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
