Lead or Principal Manager, Product Management Investment serivces Technology

Basic qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher, along with at least 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience of product management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, an aptitude for translating the needs of non-technical systems users into technical requirements, and the judgment to exercise a high level of discretion with confidential information
• A knack for solving open-ended problems, analytical and data- driven decision-making skills, and the ability to see how small details interrelate to impact the bigger picture (i.e., systems thinking)
• A willingness to take initiative and dive into details as well as the ability to manage projects to completion
• The ability to balance various stakeholder needs and reach consensus, with a customer service mindset, and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Exposure to investment management or fund accounting domain
• An understanding of back-office processes of a hedge fund or asset management firm (trade settlement, reconciliation, portfolio accounting, fund accounting, investor relations)
