Lead / Manager - Java Production Support

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Production Support: You'll be a Java Production Support Lead/Manager with at least 5 years of experience in Java/J2EE. Experience in production support is mandatory, and you must be ready to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support.
• Technical Skills: The role requires strong skills in Core Java, Spring frameworks, and RestFul Web services. You must have in-depth experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or others listed.
• Problem Management: Your responsibilities will include handling production tickets and issues, preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents, and reviewing impact analyses.
• Support Levels: You should be well-versed in both L2 and L3 support activities.
