Lead Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems
• Review code, enforce best coding practices, and ensure quality standards
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability
