• Design and develop project schedule (Doc#14).
• Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.
• Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around.
• Timely updation of Project Schedule and present critical area to management.
• Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products.
• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
• Lead Change management topics from Planning.
• Ensure implementation of all changes in respective projects.
• Lead capacity planning activity and ensure creation of workload chart.
• Site Master Planning.
• Educational Qualification: Engineering BTech/BE (Mech/Elec/Industrial), PMP will be an added advantage
• Tools Knowledge: Primevera, SAP, MS Project, Kinaxis
• Experience: 10+yrs in Production/Project/Industrial Planning in Manufacturing Industry
