Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generating Leads for Business Development team through various Business directories, Campaigns, Social Media, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, etc.
  • Company profiling, landscaping, in-depth industry analysis, identifying key people contacts
  • Develop innovative approaches to lead generation.
  • Prior experience in interacting with C-level Management of the companies and maintaining good rapport with existing clients and new clients.
  • Sending Business proposals .
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation targets.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Lead generation specialists should also be able to build strong networks in and outside their organizations and work well in teams or independently.
  • A Bachelor's degree equivalent in Computer Science/ Applications, Information Technology, Engineering Management or a relevant field.
  • An MBA degree will be an added advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills .
  • Good presentation skills.
  • 1+ years of experience as Lead Generator preferably in the IT industry.
  • Experience working independently or with minimal supervision
