Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sourcing: Identify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, social media, and lead generation tools.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on their interest, buying potential, and fit with the company's products or services.
  • Initial Contact: Reach out to prospects, introduce the company's offerings, and gauge interest through calls, emails, and other communication methods.
  • Database Management: Maintain an updated database of leads and track interactions using CRM systems.
  • Lead Nurturing: Follow up with leads to answer queries, provide additional information, and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and assist in the conversion process.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, ensuring long-term lead nurturing.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in executing lead generation campaigns and promotions as part of the overall marketing strategy.
