 You'll make an impact by 

• Define and maintain front-end architecture and standards.
• Drive the selection of front-end frameworks, tools, and libraries.
• Lead design and code reviews, ensuring alignment to best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Front-End Development- Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
• Develop reusable components and front-end libraries.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing interfaces.
• Team Mentorship and Collaboration - Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams including product managers, backend developers, QA, and DevOps.
• Conduct technical workshops and sessions to upskill the team.
• Quality and Performance - Support to Establish and enforce testing strategies (unit, integration, and E2E).
• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and improve the application's speed and scalability.
• Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and contribute to resolution and prevention strategies.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement - Stay updated on the latest front-end trends, tools, and standard processes .
• Recommend innovative solutions to enhance the user experience and developer productivity.
• Lead PoCs and spike investigations for adopting new technologies or frameworks.

• Bachelors in BE/ B.Tech or Masters.
• 8+ Years of experience.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
• Deep experience with modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with front-end toolings.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of backend systems and APIs.
