- Provide advanced technical assistance on Citrix products to high-complexity customers via phone, email, and remote access.
- Analyze and debug multi-tiered applications, network protocols, and cloud/virtualization services to resolve issues independently.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct case reviews for faster resolution.
- Manage large and complex projects impacting multiple departments.
- Contribute to departmental operational goals, budgets, and planning efforts.
