LEAD ENGINEER - USER EXPERIENCE

A seasoned UI/UX designer with 5–8 years of experience specializing in mobile application design for both iOS and Android platforms. Possesses strong expertise in creating intuitive user interfaces and immersive user experiences. Demonstrates mastery of platform-specific design guidelines (Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design) and contemporary visual design methodologies like Flat Design. Skilled in using leading design tools and delivering high-quality visual assets that enhance mobile usability and engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the user interface and experience design of mobile applications for smartphones and tablets.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into elegant, intuitive, and functional interface designs.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA for successful design integration.
• Ensure adherence to Apple UI Guidelines, Material Design Principles, and Flat Design standards.
• Participate in design reviews, usability studies, and iterative improvements based on user feedback.
• Maintain consistency across products and contribute to design systems and component libraries.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MCA, or a related technical/design field.
• Experience: 5–8 years in mobile UI/UX design, preferably in consumer or enterprise applications.
