Job description

Lead the overall Wireless EMS system integration and test.
Build a SIT setup - to include EMS/NMS, OSS, SON and eNodeB to be able to test new EMS/NMS releases before release to PV and field
Coordinate system test activity with both NMS development team as well as node development team
Ensure quality of delivery to PV
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and operations, to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and project teams.
Handling the field issues for EMS/NMS application.
Must: Good understanding of testing concepts and experience in EMS/NMS application testing - both manual automation.
Must: Good automation development experience in Java, Selenium, Maven Test .
You will be responsible for leading a team and guiding them for optimum output.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: 6 to 9 years experience from Telecommunication or Networking background.
Education: B.Tech/BE (CSE/ECE/EEE/IS) or any other equivalent degree
Candidate should be good at coding skills in Core Java, Selenium, Maven TestNG
