Job Summary

An experienced technical professional who takes complete ownership of a module with responsibility for quality, delivery, and team guidance. Skilled at identifying challenges, driving resolution, and mentoring junior staff. Operates independently with the ability to think analytically, draw implementable conclusions, and apply deep domain expertise in tools, technologies, and standards to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement analysis and feasibility studies, including system-level estimations and risk mitigation strategies.
• Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, debugging, and support.
• Ensure requirement traceability, code optimization, and adequate coverage across development stages.
• Conduct technical reviews, assess and manage risks, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Identify and address training needs within the team; serve as a mentor to junior developers.
• Actively contribute to technical initiatives within the team and organization.
• Deliver structured training sessions as planned.
• May also assume people management responsibilities under the direction of a Project Manager.

Education & Experience

• Engineering Graduate / MCA or equivalent.
• 5–8 years
