Lead Engineer -IT SOFTWARE DEV & OPS

The individual in this role leads a development module with full ownership over quality, delivery, and technical leadership. Expected to mentor the team, ensure compliance with quality standards, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive innovation through deep expertise in tools, technologies, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement analysis, risk assessment, and feasibility studies.
• Lead design, development, testing, and documentation processes.
• Ensure on-time delivery aligned with quality and productivity goals.
• Manage requirement traceability from inception to deployment.
• Perform code reviews, bug fixes, and optimizations.
• Identify training gaps and mentor team members.
• Contribute to technical initiatives and organizational learning.
• Potential to manage personnel based on project needs.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MCA.
• 5–8 years of relevant industry experience.
