Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Preparation of Concept design, Preliminary design, SLD, technical specifications, technical analysis, calculations, and drawings in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Preparation of electrical CapEx and OpEx estimates for the projects in coordination with project stakeholders.
- Preparation of lifecycle cost analysis for the projects
- Estimation of footprint requirement for setting up electrical infrastructure for DCS
- Carry out technical and commercial feasibility of the Greenfield/Brownfield projects.
- Preparation of project specifications, Scope of work and RFP for tendering works
- Review of technical documents from EPC contractors and PMCs
- Coordination with government authorities and urban local bodies for electrical approvals and permits.
- Conversant with electrical codes and standards for India projects
- Good know-how on electrical tariff calculation, captive power/RE power requirements, Power Purchase Agreements etc.
- Good knowhow on erection, T&C and O&M of electrical systems
- Preparation of SOPs for electrical equipment/systems
- Knowledge on water treatment systems such as STPs, ETPs, RO etc.
- Attending client meetings and participating in all technical discussions to resolve issues amicably for the cause of the project.
- Liaising with OEMs and other technical groups to bring in best in class cost/energy efficient technologies/innovations.
- Carry out site visit due diligence as a part of Merger & Acquisition of projects, for both High side and low side HVAC assets.
- Keep completely updated about the latest MEP/HVAC/Utilities trends in the market.
- Maintain proper documentation procedures and uploading of all technical documents to central server seamlessly.
