Lead Developer/Architect (Java)

• Architect and lead the development of scalable, cloud-native applications on AWS , using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for efficient provisioning.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Drive automation and efficiency across DevOps pipelines and CI/CD deployments.
• Work hands-on with one core programming language ( Java , Python , or C++ ) to develop critical components and architectural prototypes.
• Ensure system integrity and performance using relational databases like NoSQL , effective monitoring , and logging tools .
• Integrate secure coding practices, conduct security testing , and support compliance requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally in a highly Agile environment to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Utilize Git and GitHub for version control and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, system design, and architecture.
• Proven expertise in cloud technologies, especially AWS , and strong proficiency with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Deep experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and infrastructure monitoring/logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Strong grasp of DevOps , CI/CD pipelines, and secure software development lifecycle.
• Mastery in at least one of the following: Java , Python , or C++.
• Experience in Agile development environments and working with distributed teams.
