Lead Developer (DevSecOps)

• Design and develop secure and scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and drive automation in deployment workflows.
• Lead initiatives in cloud security , including secure configuration, compliance, and vulnerability management across environments.
• Implement and manage cloud networking strategies for high-performance, low-latency systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver full-stack solutions using Java or Python .
• Drive FinOps practices for optimizing cloud cost, usage, and performance.
• Work within an Agile delivery framework, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Use Git for version control, code collaboration, and CI/CD pipeline integration.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development, cloud engineering, and infrastructure automation.
• Proficiency in full-stack development using Java or Python .
• Deep expertise in IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) and automation of secure cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking , cloud security principles, and DevSecOps best practices.
• Experience with FinOps and cost optimization strategies in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven ability to lead teams in Agile environments using modern DevOps tools and practices.
• Proficient in Git for version control and collaborative development.
