Lead Design Architect

The Lead Design Architect will play a pivotal role in leading architectural design initiatives for real estate and hospitality projects. The position requires a Bachelor of Architecture from a reputed institute and a proven track record in conceptualizing and overseeing mixed-use developments, business parks, and retail spaces. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience and possess exceptional skills in architectural design for hospitality-led projects.

Experience:

• 15-20 years of experience in architectural design for real estate and hospitality projects.
• Proven track record in leading full-cycle projects from concept development to on-site completion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee architectural design initiatives for hospitality-led mixed-use developments, business parks, and retail spaces.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of design concepts.
• Provide strategic guidance and innovative design solutions to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of projects.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, building codes, and sustainability principles in all design activities.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Conduct regular site visits and participate in project meetings to monitor progress and address any design-related challenges.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies to optimize project outcomes.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Preferred: B. Arch from reputed institutes such as CEPT University and School of Planning & Architecture (SPA).

Certification Required:

No specific certifications required, but relevant certifications in architectural design are advantageous.

Technical Skills:
