Lead Consultant(Product Expert) - Record To Report

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Consultant(Product Expert) - Record to Report with specialized knowledge in deploying S/4 Hana Solution. The ideal candidate will be demonstrating a deep understanding of Finance Business Processes and the ability to drive successful integration projects with S/4HANA and Other Finance solutions. This role requires excellent business analysis, problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with globally distributed cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement integration solutions between SAP S/4HANA, SAP Modules in Record to Report like SAP FI, SAP CO, other Finance solutions.
• Provide expert advice on best practices for SAP S/4HANA deployment in Record to Report process.
• Play a vital role in ensuring the seamless integration between S/4HANA and other Finance solution.
• Provide functional expertise and support for SAP S/4HANA in Record to Report functional area.
• Support on SAP functional testing, SIT and UAT phases till production deployment.
• Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness using systems integration.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and other business units, to ensure integrated solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation per AZ standards.
• Mentor and train junior team members on SAP S/4HANA Record to Report Business process.
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement innovative solutions to enhance business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and supply chain planning best practices to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

Desirable

• Lifesciences and Pharma industry experience, especially on the end-to-end supply chain planning process.
• SAP Certified in SAP S/4HANA Finance or Controlling.
