Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, UX Designer
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions with latest technologies. You will work closely with our business analysts, project managers, and other developers to create solutions that meet our business needs and enhance our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
. Conduct user research and competitor analysis
. Capture and integrate end-user feedback into product updates
. Should be able to think and discuss personas and workflow UX interactions
. Create user flows, wireframes, user interface mockups, and click-through prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
. Write design specifications that document the design for engineers to implement
. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, writers, and product managers throughout the design process
. Evaluate the usability of features and make constructive suggestions for change

Minimum Qualifications
. Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent practical experience
. Experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
. Relevant years of industry experience.
. Experience designing products around customer/users' persona-based workflows.
. Proven ability to identify areas for innovation and differentiation through design
. Experience rallying cross-functional teams around a design vision.
. Experience designing across multiple platforms, web and mobile-based apps.
. Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions
. Experienced with multiple or any of the UX designer tools Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Sketch.
. Experienced with multiple or any of the wireframing tools like Axure, Balsamiq
. Experience creating design systems and style guides that work across multiple platforms
. Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features
. Skills in communicating and influencing product design strategy
. Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for web applications
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
. Worked on some solutions for the Cloud technologies like Salesforce.
. Background of Finance and Accounting Domain
. Experience in SCRUM or other Agile methodologies.
