Lead Consultant - SAP Group Reporting

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge, hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA (on-premise and cloud), and a solid track record of implementation and support projects. This role involves end-to-end SAP solution delivery — from requirements gathering and blueprinting to configuration, testing, and support.

Responsibilities:

SAP Solution Design & Implementation

• Design, implement, and deploy SAP Financial solutions to meet business goals.
• Lead and contribute to full lifecycle SAP projects, including at least 2 S/4HANA implementations.
• Configure modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Controlling, and Treasury.

Client Engagement & Business Analysis

• Interact with business users and stakeholders to understand and document financial processes and requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and design functional specifications aligned with SAP best practices.

Project & Support Delivery

• Manage SAP project activities including workshops, configuration, integration testing, UAT, and deployment.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO processes across multiple support projects.
• Participate in project and client meetings, offering guidance and solutions to complex financial requirements.

Technical Integration & Reporting

• Support SAP technical architecture and integration with other modules and systems.
• Exposure to Group Reporting and understanding of its integration with core FICO modules is an added advantage.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Demonstrate self-motivation and leadership capabilities in managing tasks and mentoring junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a cohesive delivery approach.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of SAP experience in Financial Accounting and Controlling.
• Minimum 5 SAP project implementations, including at least 2 S/4HANA projects.
• Minimum 3 SAP support project experiences.
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Treasury Management, and Product Costing.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA (on-premise and cloud).
• Experience with Group Reporting is a plus.
