Lead Consultant-D365 SCM

Job Summary:

• Provide deep product knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Supply Chain Management (SCM) and its architecture.
• Engage in strategic problem-solving to design and deliver effective business solutions.
• Maintain proactive communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnership success.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain and manufacturing processes and define project deliverables accordingly.
• Lead quality initiatives within projects and contribute to broader organizational development activities.
• Demonstrate leadership by managing large teams, facilitating conflict resolution, and enabling participative decision-making.
• Foster a positive work environment focused on talent retention and high interpersonal engagement.
• Show empathy and strong interpersonal skills in team and client interactions.
• Participate in strategic team decisions and encourage active involvement from others.
• Drive excellence in execution by leveraging tools like LCS (Lifecycle Services) and ADO (Azure DevOps).

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Post Graduate in a relevant field.
• 8 to 12 years of professional experience.
• D365 Certifications are mandatory.
• Domain expertise in Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
