Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, System Analyst

In this role, seeking a highly motivated individual who possesses strong leadership, technical and analytical skills, with an understanding of the wholesale brokerage insurance industry preferred. The individual will be senior business analyst and is expected to work with business to develop requirements, work with IT Developers and QE team to build and conduct UAT to ensure quality solution delivery. Effective collaboration with the business users and various stakeholders is required. Serves as mentor, advisor and guide to the team of Business/ Systems Analysts/ Config Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Requirement Elicitation from business users.

  • Build Business Requirement Document / Functional Specification.

  • Build Process Flows & Mockups, Impact Analysis due to changes.

  • Work on configuration changes.

  • Lead a team of Business Analysts.

  • Coordinate with developers and QE team.

  • Perform UAT testing to ensure bug free production releases.

  • System Performance Analysis, Dashboard & Report out to management.

  • Stakeholder Management (Business/ Vendor/ Mgmt./ IT team)

  • Assist in the design & implementation of application systems.

  • Work on Policy Admin system, Production support (BAU), Projects and System upgrades work.

  • Ability to review and rationally analyze requirements in a timely manner.

  • Develop an understanding of existing client IT applications while actively searching for improvement areas.

  • Streamline workflows and process optimization by implementing inventive business/ technical solutions.

  • Work closely with business leads and product owners.

  • Orchestrate work prioritization, scheduling, and allocation for the rest of the Service Provider team.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • BE/ B Tech/ MCA

  • Must have Development experience

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Familiarity with a variety of both legacy and modern Policy Admin platforms.

  • MUST Have: P&C experience (preferable in Specialty Insurance) as Business Analyst, Lead Business Analyst or Product Owner.

  • Forms, rating, policy servicing, entire policy lifecycle experience, Configuration Experience

  • Hands on SQL experience

  • Solid experience working in Agile environment. Both Scrum and Kanban.

  • Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence, Service Now, ITIL tools and process framework.

  • Solid Understanding of Web applications, cloud managed services, service-oriented architecture (SOA) solutions, microservices, containers, API development and managed databases.

  • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Nice to have Cloud experience, Azure Cloud, GCP.
